Left one minor edit, otherwise LGTM. I'll also mention I think it can be nice if all the notes related to one feature (AI Assistant for example) are next to each other, but it's not necessary

Similar to 8.19 notes, I may have missed it, but we should also add elastic/kibana#223198 as an enhancement.
